SUEWS releases scored against eddy-covariance observations at urban flux sites.
Each site scores the modelled energy balance against tower observations. One site is benchmarked so far — London, on v2026.4.3 — establishing a baseline; later releases are scored against it to flag regressions. Further sites are planned.
Only v2026.4.3 has been run so far; earlier releases will be backfilled to build the regression history.
London (UK-LO-KCL) is benchmarked. Basel, Berlin and IMU are sites esmae has presets for — not yet benchmarked here.
Evaluation observations are access-restricted and fetched at run time from a protected archive — only the derived statistics on each site page are published. See the SUEWS documentation for the model description and benchmarking methodology.
